GROUP COACHING Quality coaching starts with highly experienced, expertly credentialed HigherEchelon coaches. Great coaching is not industry specific because the principles and competencies of coaching are transferrable across all industries.

Group coaching usually occurs with members of the same organization who benefit from the camaraderie, collaboration, and follow-on learning that collective group coaching affords.
Group coaching sessions occur separately as a stand-alone exercise or as part of reinforcement training to ensure learning objectives “stick” after workshops and other training opportunities have occurred.
Group coaching is perfect for small groups seeking further development in specific competencies. Each coaching session is one hour, performed remotely by a certified coach or at the customer’s location. Groups are usually kept to 5-7 participants to ensure maximum benefit. Total cost per group coaching session is $2,750. This fee covers all participants.
Mastermind Groups are a unique subset of Group Coaching facilitated by HigherEchelon consultants.
Participants in Mastermind Groups are from other external and internal teams. Participants offer useful, candid perspectives as they hold one another accountable for achieving stated goals. Participants learn from others as they share stories, experiences, and ideas about challenges and solutions from their respective teams. A successful Mastermind Group leans on the examples, ideas, and experiences of participants while the HigherEchelon facilitator guides the conversations to keep them on track.
Typically 90-minutes long, Mastermind Groups offer a combination of facilitated problem-solving, peer brainstorming, accountability, and support in a group setting to create the success participants want.
Mastermind Groups are perfect for leaders who would benefit from relationships with like-minded peers in similar positions on other teams and organizations who can discuss challenging and sensitive issues with an eye towards solutions, growth, and accountability.
Mastermind Groups are $2,450 per participant and include 6 facilitated sessions.
Leadership workshops address the client’s interests, requirements, and goals. Workshops are tailored to the unique needs of each client, and typically include topics associated with our Resilient Adaptable Leader model [Christine: link back to our RAL model here, yes?]
Leadership workshops include some combination of training, education, and hands-on exercises to maximize application and utility to address the client’s needs and challenges. Our leadership workshops are active and experiential – – participants are not passive observers. Based on sound science and derived best practices, workshops are practical, solutions oriented, entertaining, and produce meaningful, lasting effects.
Delivered virtually or on-site, HigherEchelon workshops vary from 1/2 day, full day, or 2-3 day sessions. We plan and execute workshops based on the clients’ needs and time available.
