Siana Sylvester is the Director of Organizational and Mental Performance at HigherEchelon where she leads a host of critical functions for the Human Capital Solutions team. Siana is responsible for division-wide project management, proposal and business development support, reporting, curriculum design, and solutions delivery for various government and commercial engagements. In addition to facilitating leadership and high performance workshops, Siana provides individual and group executive coaching to various government and industry organizations. Siana produces HigherEchelon’s Coaching Through Stories podcast and leads a brand new self-paced, leadership development learning platform, “Go-Higher Learning” that equips leaders with the skills required to succeed in today’s complex business environment.
Siana earned her master’s degree in Athletic Counseling from Springfield College and bachelor’s degree in Psychology from the University of Hartford. Additionally, Siana holds the following certifications: Certified Mental Performance Consultant (CMPC) through the Association of Applied Sport Psychology (AASP), Professional Certified Coach (PCC) through the International Coaching Federation (ICF), Certified Change Management Practitioner through Prosci, and Certified CMMI Associate.
