The EXPRESS program provides operational efficiencies and improved mission readiness with overall value and flexibility to acquisitions for its customers and end-user organizations. Services are readily available for Redstone Arsenal through a suite of blanket purchase agreements (BPAs) and four domains: business and analytical; logistics; programmatic and technical; and comprehensive advisory and assistance services. BPAs part of the EXPRESS contract include: Systems, Software and Security Engineering (S3E) and Engineering and Evaluation Support Services (EESS).
